We do not sell your personal information. We do not sell, rent, or share SMS opt-in consent or phone numbers with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from Pupz Club related to your dog's care and your account, including reservation confirmations, reminders, service updates, vaccination or waiver reminders, billing notices, and other service-related communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a message or by contacting us at info@pupzclub.com. You may reply HELP for help. Opting out of promotional messages may not prevent us from sending important service-related or legally required communications where permitted by law.

We may send marketing emails, promotional messages, event announcements, newsletters, or special offers if you have provided your contact information or otherwise engaged with Pupz Club. Even if you opt out of marketing communications, we may still send service-related messages about your account, reservations, payments, your dog's care, waivers, vaccination records, safety matters, or other non-marketing communications.

We keep personal information and pet care information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain member records, comply with legal, accounting, tax, insurance, and operational requirements, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect the safety of dogs, staff, customers, and our business. For example, we may retain account records, reservation history, payment records, vaccination records, waivers, temperament assessment notes, incident records, and care-related information for legitimate business, legal, insurance, or safety reasons. When information is no longer needed, we may delete, anonymize, or securely store it until deletion is possible.

11. Do-Not-Track Signals

Some browsers offer 'Do Not Track' signals. Because there is currently no uniform standard for how businesses should respond to these signals, we do not currently respond to Do-Not-Track browser signals. If a legal standard is adopted in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy as needed.
